What are your shipping rates within Australia?
We offer flat-rate shipping of $15 for standard orders across Australia, with free shipping on all orders over $250. Please note that oversized furniture items may incur additional freight charges based on your delivery location.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most orders are processed within 2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days for metro areas and up to 10 business days for regional locations. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our Sydney warehouse.
What is your return policy for homewares?
We want you to love your pieces. If you change your mind, we offer returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery, provided items are in original condition and packaging. Please note that sale items and custom furniture are final sale.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within Australia and to New Zealand. For New Zealand inquiries, please contact our customer service team for a custom shipping quote prior to purchase.
